Location was fab, felt like the center of the universe with Sandbanks a whole 8.5 km away! The parking and garden were a delight, a perfect spot for me to sip my tea and judge passersby.

Oh, how I missed sleeping on bobbly sand-like sheets and experiencing the thrill of dangerous decking. Truly a disappointment!

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a short walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. The large bedrooms and living space provide plenty of room for guests. the kitchen appliances are in great working condition and there are plenty of dishes and cutlery available for use.

The hotel has some issues with the lighting, including flickering lights in the bedrooms and many bulbs not working.
